Our Power Flow is a Baptiste inspired power vinyasa yoga practice. This signature class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind.

Classes can be scaled up or down to suit your level.

This 60 minute class is a music-driven workout experience. Think power yoga, a carefully curated playlist with a big dose of bootcamp. Guaranteed to strengthen the body and restore the mind in this sweaty cathartic practice.

Slow Flow

Looking to recover from an active weekend or mentally prepare for your upcoming work week? This slower, simpler 75 minute warm class will utilize breath and music to promote body awareness, inner strength and easeful openings. You can expect an extended warm up, a slower flow and long held floor poses.

Foundation Training (aka FT)

Foundation Training is a series of postures and movements that activate the posterior muscular chain and dovetails seamlessly with yoga. This simple proven method uses the principals of proper human movement to heal your pain, make you stronger, and allow you to perform better at any age or fitness level. In this class you will learn how FT works in your own body and leave with the confidence to apply these simple, yet challenging postures to your daily life. Even our most advanced movers find this class is the game changer.
