Secure your spot! Mat space is limited and reservations are recommended. You can book and pay for classes, workshops and events through our online system or our mobile app. Classes can be booked up to 20 MINUTES prior to class time and a maximum of 7 DAYS in advance.
All classes are taught for all levels.
Both beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to class to check in and set up your mat.
Classes start on time and no late entry is allowed.
What to Bring
Bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and a water bottle. We do provide yoga blocks and straps for your usage. We rent mats and towels for $2 each. We also have gear for purchase - mats, towels, water bottles, blocks and straps!
What to Wear
Wear comfortable athletic clothes that allow you to move and sweat freely.
Please be aware that our studio is heated between 80-95 degrees, so prepare to sweat. Show up for class hydrated and plan to stay for the entire class. We have LIV Water Bottles available for purchase should you forget yours.
Class cancellation / No-Show policy
Should you need to cancel a class, you must cancel a minimum of 2 HOURS prior to class time. This will enable a waitlist client to practice. In the event you No-Show or Late Cancel causing a fellow student to miss out on a class, your account will be debited for the class. Auto-pay members will be charged a $10 fee.
We are conveniently located on the corner of Callender and C Streets with lots of free, on-street parking available.
We have a changing room and a bathroom but no shower.
The studio is open approximately 15 minutes pre and post class times.
